Entice visitors to visit your site by the use of appropriate and catchy phrases in your Title tag - one way to do this is by asking them a question which you know they want the answer to! After all there's not much point in your site appearing on the first page of the search results if people still ignore it. You have to capture their attention in a split second and the title tag is the perfect place to do this!
Use a fresh title tag on each page of your site - this should be unique to each individual page and tells both the search engines and your visitors what to expect if they visit that page!
