I'm a wife. I'm a mother (of three). I'm a WAHM. I'm a teacher. I'm always very busy and rarely sit down these days. I used to be punctual. Now I'm always ten minutes late. I used to be just me but now I'm a family!

I love blogging, writing, reading and photography.

I have the most fabulous camera and only wish I had more time to learn the ins and outs of my hobby... Alas, maybe when I'm old and grey and not so full of sleep - ah well, a girl's allowed to dream, isn't she? (try telling that to my two year old son and see what happens!!)

Funny Things My Kids Have Said/ Done...

What's my height? Two rocks? (her weight, two stone!)

Mummy, don't you keep Jack's milk in your little cupboard? (my nursing bra!)

I want to be a Princess when I grow up! (Sarah, aged 2) I want to be a Horse when I grow up! (Tara, aged 2)

Mummy, when I was a baby didn't I suck milk out of your... brains? (in front of visitors - with a deafening silence before she uttered the last word!)

Tara sobbing uncontrollably after getting routine vaccinations, "The little girl called Betty stuck a pin in me!" (Betty was the nurse!)

"I wanted pointy nails" - Tara crying miserably after trying to sharpen her finger with a pencil sharpener, aged 2 at the time!

Whilst rushing back to the car, parked up a hill, on a cold day Sarah complained, "Mummy, I'm running out of breathing..."

Mummy, you forgot to give me my amphetamine pill (vitamin pill!) Sarah aged 31/2

"Bat-Curtain" - We have no idea what it means but is Sarah's funny made up word at the moment and is also the name of one of her fish!

"My poops are shy..." - my daughter, aged 3, said this when she was a little constipated!

Mummy, when I grow up I'm going to be a "Large Cappuccino" girl! (She always overhears me asking for one!)

Me, absent mindedly: "Good girl", Jack, crossly: "Me not good girl, me good boy!"
